Enquiry details are kept only for as long as they remain useful for handling your request, arranging care, or keeping an agreed client relationship running.

Personal information is not sold. Information is only shared when needed to run the service, such as using the booking request form provider, email, phone, messaging, or in the event of an emergency where veterinary help is required.
Your choices
