General booking and enquiry terms.
These terms explain how Savannah Tails & Trails handles enquiries, first visits, and day care arrangements in a simple, plain-language way.
1. Enquiries and availability
Sending a message or completing the booking request form does not guarantee a booking. All places are subject to availability and suitability for the dog and the group.
2. Meet-and-greet first
Before a first stay, Savannah may arrange a meet-and-greet. This helps confirm that the setting, routine, and resident dogs are a good fit.
3. Owner responsibility
- Owners should share accurate information about their dog's health, behaviour, and routine.
- Owners should mention anything relevant before a first visit, including anxiety, reactivity, or medical needs.
- Bookings may be declined or paused if the setting is not the right fit for the dog or group.
4. Care and emergencies
Savannah provides supervised day care in a home setting. If urgent veterinary help is needed, Savannah may contact the owner and seek appropriate care as quickly as possible.
5. Pricing and arrangements
Standard day care pricing is €15 per day. Day care runs on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Any recurring arrangements are confirmed directly before booking.
